Policyholder Mob App

Every transaction in the blockchain is time-stamped, making it very easy for everybody in the system to trace the origin and destination. All these features make blockchain such a trending topic and a hot-selling technology. Versatility, immutability, transparency, security, and safety of data management is a key value of blockchain.

Replacement Car Module

In case the policyholder is eligible for a replacement car and requested a car replacement, claim officer will then approve and send to replacement car agency, the agency will use this module to accept the request, assign the replacement car, deliver to policyholder, and receive it back at the end of the approved period.

Repair Module

Providers like garages and agencies will use the module to accept repair assignment, initiate a repair estimate and reply to claim officer amendments, and finally to report the status of repair till its complete using the Kanban board to follow the claim progress.
Providers can also initiate claims on behalf of the policyholder and the flow will continue from that point.

Claims Officer Module

This is the central module where the claim officer will be able to communicate with all parties like the policyholder, garage, surveyor, and car replacement to manage the claim.

The claims are organized as a Kanban Board, a tool for workflow visualization that provides full transparency of work, all work items are visualized as Kanban cards, with each action from different parties the cards moves and officer can see every claim’s status.

Surveyor Module

Using this module the surveyor will assess the provider’s estimate, approve or amend it, the surveyor decision will be viewed by the claim officer aiding in the estimate approval decision.

Data Analytics Module

This module provides your insurance company management team a comprehensive data analytics and in-depth insight by scheme, policy, and claim type, with optional custom reporting that will give you the right vision into your business.

Administration Module

The admin will use this module to manage products, users, assign roles, and set authority matrix
